Trying to build a carefree future for himself, Suren built another house beyond the wall of his house, which caused big problems today. Suren’s new problems started with the new neighbors living one wall away. By selling the legal part of the house, 70-year-old Suren has not been able to legalize his current residence for years. For the past two years, Suren has been living alone, without light or water, in a small apartment, a wall beyond which was his home years ago.
