In 2008 Manushak Sahakyan’s family, in order to get out of hard condition, sold their house in Kanaker-Zeytun community of Yerevan. After completing the deal at the notary office, the Sahakyans were told that their half-built house had already been sold and that it had been sold to their next door neighbor. Having thought that they were cheated by their neighbors, Edgar Sahakyan appealed to the court. For years Edgar Sahakyan has been trying to restore his rights and has been spending all his earned  money on court proceedings.
