With fear and horror, the neighbors of Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan are waiting for the arrival of the postman, and again – judicial affairs and courts. They claim that for many years they have been knocking at the court doors bearing moral and financial losses. For about 20 years 82-year-old Dustrik Grigoryan has been involved in court affairs with Emma Kirakosyan, but each time for different reasons. In August 2018 Liana Petrosyan rented Emma Kirakosyan’s apartment, and the parties had signed a contract, however, less than three months passed when Liana got an eviction document.
