Leaving his rented apartment and job in Yerevan, Roman and his new family settled in Aragatsotn region. His goal was to have his own house, an adjacent area, where he would engage in agriculture and  develop that community but the plans made in advance did not go as planned.

There is no irrigation water in Tatul village, and to get drinking water you need a permit from the municipality but so far Roman has not been able to obtain that special permission and it is impossible to engage in agriculture without water.
