In 2019, 56-year-old Amalya Khachatryan decided to sell her apartment in the city of Stepanakert, Republic of Artsakh. As Amalya claims, after the transaction, the owners of the house periodically took money from her as a loan and have not returned it to this day. Amalya gave her millions to the buyers of her house, but was unable to get them back.
