After grandmother’s death, already for several years, resident of Etchmiadzin town of Armavir province-28-year-old Vachagan Yavrumov has been in a desperate situation. Grandmother-Elsa’s death has changed Vachagan’s life, who has health problems. Vachagan, who has been ignored by everybody, is left alone with numerous problems today.
