Arsen Aghabekyan, a participant of Artsakh movement, who was given  various awards and medals, lives in a room of a one of cattle barn in  Gladzor village of Vayots Dzor province. For years Arsen has been struggling not only for getting the category of disability but also for his house. Already for a year Arsen has been living in a room of a forgotten cattle barn with snakes and scorpions, and he spends his day at the Yeghegnadzor Culture House.
