In 2012 Albert Khachatryan sold his father’s house with purpose to build a new house. With a dream of having bigger house, Albert began the construction of a new house, however, eventually he found himself with his family in the garage of their house. The father of four minor children claims that the area where he wants to build a house will be his at any cost . Already for several years Arbert has been waiting for the responses of the authorities.
