The catastrophe that became the reason of whole generation’s death 32 years ago on this day completely changed the lives of the inhabitants.

Vardush Petrosyan, feeling the first shock, immediately has run to their building but there was destruction everywhere and screams of calling for help. Only a week later, Vardush was able to find and remove the bodies of his family members from under the rubble.

After that horrible scene, the woman’s mental health was completely destroyed and every time she puts her head on the pillow, the rubbles comes in front of her eyes.

Years later, the pain of the loss still lingers but the problems in her life are increasing. Today Vardush Petrosyan lives in a dormitory room, where the bathroom and all other amenities are missing.
