In 1995, Hayk and his family decided to go and settle in the Artsakh Republic. The father of 10 children set up his home in Getavan with great difficulty, but after working alone for years he could not support his family. The promises made by the state remained in the air, they did not get the family’s dream home. Leaving their livelihood in Getavan on October 27, 2020, Hayk and his family of nine settled in the village of Geghamasar with the expectation of a better future.
