For more than 15 years, Khachatur and his relatives have been unable to divide the papal department. The arguments has escalated so much that his and his sister’s families have become enemy towards each other. His wife is demanding that her husband’s sister must give back their part which belongs to Khachatur by law․

According to Khachatur, from the beginning the grandfather left his entire property to himself but his sister, Elizabeth, denies that and is demanding evidences. Over the years, the papal department has been divided into several parts but the events have been arranged in such a way that until now Khachatur is not able to legalize his share of the papal house.
