In 2004, Gevorg bought a garage in the village of Proshyan, on which he built a second floor in 2012 to live with his family. However, after the construction was completed, the neighbour demanded the demolition of the building and went to court to resolve the dispute. The years-long legal problems between the neighbour, according to Gevorg, deprived him of his second wife and left his future plans half-finished. Today, according to Gevorg, the neighbors want to buy the work of their years “at the cost of water”, and  he is ready to fight to the end so as not to lose what his have.
