2004 թվականին Գևորգը Պռոշյան գյուղում գնեց ավտոտնակ, որի վրա 2012 թվականին կառուցեց երկրորդ հարկ, որպեսզի ընտանիքի հետ բնակություն հաստատի այնտեղ: Սակայն շինարարությունն ավարտելուց հետո հարևանը պահանջեց քանդել այդ շինությունը և վեճը լուծելու նպատակով դիմեց դատարան: Տարիներ շարունակ հարևաների միջև ձգձգվող իրավական խնդիրները,Գևորգի պնդմամաբ իրեն զրկեցին երկրորդ կնոջից ու կիսատ թողեցին ապագայի պլանները: Այսօր Գևորգի կարծիքով հարևանները ցանկանում են <ջրի գնով>  իրենցով անել իր տարիների աշխատանքը և նա ունեցածը չկորցնելու համար պատրաստ է մինչև վերջ պայքարել:
