«Կիսաբաց Լուսամուտներ» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը ստեղծվել է Ա-ԹԻՎԻ սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերության կողմից 04 հուլիսի 2012 թվականին:

Հիմնադրամը գործում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում: Հիմնադրամը կարող է գործել օտարերկրյա պետություններում՝ այդ պետությունների օրենսդրությանը համապատասխան: Հիմնադրամի նպատակներից է՝ օգնություն տրամադրել պատերազմի, տարերային աղետների, համաճարակների հետևանքով տուժած անձանց և մասնակցել դրանց հետևանքների վերացմանը:
Հիմնադրամը համագործակցում է ինչպես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական և ոչ պետական կազմակերպությունների. այնպես էլ արտասահմանյան և միջազգային ընկերությունների և ուսումնական հաստատությունների հետ:
