In the 90s, Ishkhan Khachatryan’s family and relatives left their years of earnings in their  Kaputan village and moved to live in the Artsakh Republic. Ishkhan and his wife lived in the Artsakh Republic for six years, building houses, raising animals and raising their children. On September 29, 2020, Ishkhan  and his wife left everything in the village of Harar with their four children, hoping to return home, and left the village. But the family could not have imagined that today their land and house would pass to the enemy.
