A 35-year-old Artsakh woman ran away from her home to the trenches with her children during the last Artsakh war. After spending a few hours in the trenches with the soldiers, the Artsakh girl managed to go to the shelter with her 3 minor children, not knowing that she would never have the chance to go home again. Today, the Artsakh woman continues her life in Armenia with her children and husband after being forcibly deported from the Republic of Artsakh, dreaming of returning to her native land.
