A year ago, in this yard of the Nork Marash administrative district of Yerevan, the clash between Arsen and nephew  was not limited to arguing. On April 3, 2020, a quarrel between blood relatives led to the shedding of a relative’s blood in his yard. According to him, this was not the first case. His nephew attacked him several times, trying to harm him with an object in his hand. After the last incident, Arsen’s health deteriorated sharply, due to which he is unable to do physical work, today he somehow manages to cover the daily expenses for medicine and treatment.
