Երևանի Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանի այս բակում մեկ տարի առաջ Արսենի և եղբորորդու միջև բախումը չսահմանափակվեց միայն բանավիճելով: 2020 թվականի ապրիլի 3-ին արյունակիցների միջև հակասությունը բորբոքվեց այն աստիճան, որ հարազատ բակում, հարազատի արյուն թափվեց: Նրա պնդմամ այս դեպքն առաջինը չէր: Եղբորորդին մի քանի անգամ հարձակվել է իր վրա և  ձեռքի տակ ընկած իրով փորձել վնասել իրեն: Վերջին դեպքից հետո Արսենի առողջական վիճակը կտրուկ վատացավ, որի  պատճառով չի կարողանում  ֆիզիկական աշխատանք կատարել և այսօր  մի կերպ է հասցնում  ամենօրյա դեղորայքի ու բուժման ծախսերը հոգալը:
