The Mkrtchyans’ large family, living in a wagon-house in the village Ayntap of Ararat province, does not know whom else they should appeal for the solution of their problem. Since 2008 they have been living in Aintab, 13th street and they cannot get a land ownership certificate till now. The land was provided by former mayor of Ayntap, and the current mayor – Karen Sargsyan, does nothing for the solution of the problem of the needy family. The father of the family – Artur Mkrtchyan, is disabled, they are engaged in agriculture. Talking about basic living conditions is simply irrelevant as, it can be said, they are lack of any utilities.
