Vahagn, 20, was a two-month-old soldier when the war broke out. While performing combat missions with friends, the latter had to overcome fear and continue the fight. Vahagn said that when he saw death he slapped himself to sober up and be able to fight the enemy. Vahagn was injured while saving his friend’s life in Talish on October 3. After the war, Vahagn tries to forget what he saw, to start anew with his parents and two brothers.
