2023 թվականին Ժաննայի ընտանիքն այն տասնյակ հազարավոր ընտանիքներից մեկն էր, որ ստիպված էր լքել հարազատ Արցախը, բայց վերջինիս ցավը կրկնապատկվեց , երբ իրեն հայտնեցին, որ աղջիկն ու փեսան, եղել են այն բենզինի պահեստում, որը պայթել է: Մտնելով հիվանդասենյակ Ժաննան առաջինը նկատեց աղջկա ամուսնուն` Սաշային ում առողջական ու ֆիզիկական տեսքը այնպիսին էր, որ Ժաննան մի պահ մոռացավ աղջկա մասին: Կորցնելով աղջկան ու փեսային Ժաննան այսօր անհանգստացած է 5 անչափահաս թոռների հետագայով: Ժաննայի սիրտն այրվում է, երբ հիշում է աղջկան՝ Լիաննային ու փեսային՝ Սաշային Ստեփանակերտի հիվանդանոցում ամբողջությամբ այրված մարմնով, իսկ նրանց երեխանները մինչ այսօր դեռ ուշքի չեն գալիս:
