Դիլանյանների 7 հոգանոց ընտանիքը նոր է տեղափոխվել Արևշատ գյուղի ծայրամասում գտնվող այս փոքրիկ ու կիսակարխուլ կացարանում ապրելու: Դիլանյանների միջնեկ աղջկա՝ 15-ամյա Մարիաննայի համար արդեն անտանելի են դարձել փայտե պատերը,  որից դուրս  կա կյանք, իսկ նա այդ 4 պատերի միջև նստած է անշարժ ու անօգնական: Հարազատ Արևշատ տեղափոխվելուց հետո Ելենան կարծում էր, որ կթեթևացնի ընտանիքում առկա ֆինանսական խնդիրները, սակայն խնդիրները դեռ առկա են ու շարունակում են միայն ավելանալ:
