Ապրելով Ավստրալիայում Ռիման փափագում էր հայրենի հողում փոքրիկ բիզնես ունենալու մասին և 2020թ սկսեց ապագա հացատան շինարարությունը: Սակայն 3 տարի է բիզնեսի շինարարությունը դեռևս չի ավարտվել: Վերադառնալով Հայաստան ու տեսնելով անավարտ մնացած շինարարությունը Ռիման շինարարներից պահանջում է իր հասանելիք  գումարը կամ վերջնական աշխատանքի արդյունքը, սակայն ամեն խոսակցություն վերածվում է վեճի:
