40-ամյա Սոնա Հակոբյանի մոտ առողջական խնդիրներն ի հայտ են եկել մանկահասակ տարիներից։ Սոնայի առողջական խնդիրներով անհանգստացած մայրը նրան փորձեց ամեն գնով ոտքի կանգնեցնել, սակայն 1992թ տեղի ունեցաց և շարուանակական բնույթ կրող դժբախտ դեպքերը Սոնայի առողջությունը հետին պլան մղեցին: Հակոբյանների ընտանիքում մահերը հաջորդեցին միմյանց և 5 հոգանոց ընտանիքից, այսօր միայն Սոնան ու մայրն են իրար թիկունք լինելով շարունակում պայքարել բացվող հաջորդ օրվա համար:
