Ամուսնության 2 փորձերն էլ Կարինեյի կյանքում թողեցին նույն հոգսերն ու ծանրությունը: Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունից տարիներ առաջ հեռացած ու Արցախի Հանրապետությունում կյանքը նոր էջից սկսելու փորձերը Կարինեին բերեցին ծննդավայր, իսկ հանգամանքները նրան կրկին կանգնեցրին զավակներին մենակ մեծացնելու դժվարության առաջ: 50-ամյա Կարինեն՝  շարունակ կորցնելով գտածը, այսօր կողքին ունենալով մեծ թվով ընտանիքի անդամներ,միևնույն է շարունակում է մնալ մենակ՝ պայքարի ու մտածմունքների հետ:
