Հանրակացարանային փոքրիկ սենյակում է ապրում 53-ամյա Լիլիթ Բաբայանը: Լիլիթն իր մանկությունն անցկացրել է մանկան տներում, հետո ստացել հանրակացարանային փոքրիկ սենյակ և սեփական ուժերով վերանորոգել այն: Սակայն այսօր փորձում է հասկանալ թե ինչպես ստացվեց, որ իր ունեցածը այլևս իրենը չէ: Սեփական խնդիրների դեմ պայքարելով և դրանց լուծումներ փնտրելով այս կինը փորձում է դուրս գալ անելանելի վիճակից: Լիլիթի մանկությունն անցել է առանց ծնողական գուրգուրանքի՝ մանկան տանը, բայց վերջինս փորձել է ընտանիք ունենալ և զավակներին մայրական ջերմություն տալ, սակայն Լիլիթի ջանքերն անարդյունք են մնացել:
