1994 թվականին Սեդրակի հայրական ընտանիքը տեղափոխվեց այս տանն ապրելու, սակայն երեխաների մեծանալով մեծացան նաև սեփականության վկայական ստանալու խնդիրները : Արդեն 15 տարի է ինչ Սեդրակը չի կարողանում ստանալ իրեն հասանելիքի վերաբերյալ սեփականության վկայակը, բայց նույն տան մի հատվածի համար սեփականության իրավունք ունի վերջինիս խորթ քույրը։ Սեդրակի խորթ եղբոր աղջիկը առաջինը սեփականաշնորհեց իր մասնաբաժինը, իսկ հարազատ երկու եղբայրներ մինչ այսօր չեն կարողանում սեփականաշնորհել իրենց հասանելիք ժառանգությունը:
