Տարիներ շարունակ ապրելով ՌԴ -ում Հովհաննեսը տարիններով կառուցած տունն ամուսնալուծությունից հետո թողեց կնոջը և փորձեց նորից տուն կառուցել: Սակայն կիսատ թողնելով շինարարիությունը Հովհաննեսը վերադարձավ Հայաստան, մայրիկի առողջական խնդիրներին լուծում տալու ու հասկանալու, թե ինչու մայրը Հունաստանից վերադարձավ ձեռնունայն: Տարիններ առաջ տեղափոխվելով Կրասար Հովհաննեսը Կրասարի մի անկյունում փորձում է ստեղծել իր երեխանների համար բարեկեցիկ ապագա: Կրասարում հաստատվեց  ընտանիքը, որտեղ նրանք տուն ստացան, սակայն բարեկրգել տունը նրանց մինչ այսօր չի հաջողվում:
