Արցախյան առաջին պատերազմը խլեց Բաբաջանյաններից պապական տունը և հայրերի ստեղծածն ու թողածը։ Շահումյանի շրջանի Գետաշեն համայնքը թշնամուն թողած ընտանիքը բռնեց գաղթի ճամփան, հույս ունենալով, որ այդ ճանապարհը անցնում են իրենց կյանքում վերջին անգամ։ Արցախի Հանրապետության արդեն Քարվաճառի շրջանում այդ ընտանիքը հարյուրավորներից մեկն էր, որ 20 տարի ստեղծեցին իրենց Նոր Գետաշենը։ Բայց․․․սեպտեմբերի 27-ին սկսվածը երկրորդ անգամ խլեց Բաբաջանյաններից տուն ու շենը, հասցնելով վերջիններիս Արարատի մարզի Փոքր Վեդի համայնք։
