Վարդենիկի ամենածայրին գտնվող Մխոյանների տունը վերջին անգամ վերանորոգվել է հենց կառուցման ժամանակ ու մինչ այսօր տանը ոչինչ չի ավելացել, այլ հակառակը՝ ավելի է պակասել Մխոյանների 8 հոգանոց ընտանիքն առանց մշտական աշխատանքի դժվարությամբ կարողանում է լուծել օրվա հացի խնդիրը, իսկ իրավիճակը ավելի են ծանրացնում արդեն առողջական խնդիրները: Մեծ գյուղում փոքր խնդիրներով ապրող Մխոյանների ընտանիքում առողջական խնդիրները ավելի են ծանրացրել և ծանրացնում ընտանիքի հոգսը:
