Երևան քաղաքի  Եղբայրության փողոցում գտնվող Ֆահրադյանների տունը կռվախնձոր է դարձել եղբայրների միջև։ 51-ամյա Արայիկը չունենալով սեփական ընտանիքը մեն մենակ է  մնացել։ Հարևանությամբ ու նույն բակում ապրում է Արայիկի եղբայրը՝ Արմենը իր ընտանիքի հետ։ Եղբայրների  հարաբերությունները ավելի վատացան, երբ  2008  թվականին մահացավ նրանց մայրը՝ տիկին Եղսաբեթ Հովհաննիսյանը։  Այդ օրվանից եղբայրնեը չեն կարողանում կիսել հայրական տունը։
