Սեդրակյանների բազմազավակ ընտանիքը ապրում է Նոր Խարբերդի տնակներից մեկում, որը տարածքով շատ փոքր է և չի բավականացնում նրանց։ Երիտասարդ ամուսինները իրենց բարեկամների հետ միասին կարողացել են ստեղծել տարրական պայմաններ, սակայն այդ ամենը ավարտին հասցնելու համար նրանք ունեն օգնության կարիք՝ մասնավորապես շինանյութի տեսքով։ Նրանց սոցիալական ու հատկապես առողջական խնդիրները մեկը մյուսին հաջորդում են ու երիտասարդ ընտանիքին կանգնեցնում փակ դռների առաջ։
