Արմանուշը 2004 թվականին վիճակախաղով խոշոր շահում գրանցեց և շահածը գումարի վերածելով, 2006 թվականին ձեռք բերեց տնամերձ հողամաս Արմավիրի մարզի Ոսկեհատ գյուղում։ Սակայն, ժամանակ անց, խոշոր շահումը խոշոր վեճերի վերածվեց, երբ Արմանուշն իմացավ, որ իր հողի հարևանությամբ գտնվող 200 մետր քառակուսի հողատարածքը հարևան՝ Դարվինին է պատկանում։ Տիկին Արմանուշի խոսքերով նա պայքարում է ոչ թե 200 մ քառակուսու համար, այլ՝ ճշմարտության։
