Արմավիրի մարզի Արգավանդ համայնքում գտնվող այս հողակտորը արդեն տևական տարիներ է պայքարի պատճառ է դարձել նույն անուն ազգանունը ունեցող 2 անձնավորության համար: Երկար տարիներ իրեն պատկանող ու իր ապրուստի միջոցը համարվող  տարածքը,  Հովհաննես Ալեքսանյանը, որն ունի Պայքար հայրանունը, փորձում է ատամներով պահել Հովհաննես Ալեքսանյան Գրիգորի հայրանունով  անձից: Իրականում ի՞նչ է տեղի ունեցել Արգավանդ համայնքում , ինչու՞ է հողակտորը ամեն մեկը իրեն ձգում և ի վերջո ու՞մ է պատկանում այս հողատարածքն իրականում:
