Հերիքնազը 1993 թվականին հորաքրոջից, Մասիս քաղաքում ստացած ժառանգությունը սեփականաշնորհելու համար դիմեց քաղաքապետարան, և այնտեղ աշխատակցի խորհրդով դիմեց դատարան ժառանգությունը ստանալու նպատակով: Մինչ Հերիքնազը կհասներ դատարան, հարևանը սեփականաշնորհեց  Հերիքնազի խոսքերով իրեն հասանելի հողակտորի մի մասը: Սակայն Հերիքնազը չիմանալով տեղի ունեցածը՝ որոշեց հողամասի մի մասը նվիրատվություն  անել աղջկան, որից հետո պարզեց, որ թղթերի և հողամասի քառակուսինները չեն համապատասխանում: Եվ այսօր Հերիքնազը հարևանից պահանջում է իր մասնաբաժին հողամասը, սակայն կողմերից ոչ ոք չի գնում փոխզիջման, որի պատճառով էլ սառը պատերազմը դեռ շարունակվում է:
