Կոտայքի մարզի Բալահովիտ գյուղում 26 տարի առաջ կառուցվեց փայտե երկու երկհարկանի բնակելի տուն, որտեղ բնակություն հաստատած քաղաքացիներին ասել էին, որ այն ժամանակավոր կացարան է։  Այսօր արդեն երկու տներն էլ ապրելու համար դարձել են վտանգավոր։ Բնակիչների խոսքով, գիշերը լուսացնում են վախի մթնոլորոտում, մտավախություն ունենալով, որ ուր որ է՝ շենքը կփլվի:
