Ամուսիններ՝ Մարինա և  Սարգիս Ղուկասյանների ֆինանսական դրությունը վատացավ 2006 թվականին, երբ ստիպված եղան Վարդուշ Դումանյանից  տոկոսով գումար վերցնել։ Ամուսինները պնդում են որ վաշխառության զոհ են դարձել. դժբախտության հետևանքով գումար է պետք եղել: Արդեն մի քանի տարի է Ղուկասյանները դատական ատյաններում պայքարում են Նոր Ամանոս համայնքում գտնվող տունը և մի քանի հողակտոր վերադարձնելու համար։ Տիկին Մարինայի խոսքով, այսքան տարի բղավում են, բայց  իրենց ձայնը լսող չկա:
