Տեսողության խնդիր ունեցող Լուսինեի ու նրա 18 ամյա աղջկա հարաբերությունները լարվեցին Լուսինեի մոր մահից հետո։ Տատը տունը կտակեց իր թոռնուհուն, իսկ 18 տարին լրանալուց հետո ժառանգությունը ստացած Անահիտը որոշեց իր մորը հանել տնից։

Լուսինեն ժամանակավոր տեղափոխվել է ընկերուհու տուն, սակայն այնտեղ երկար մնալ չի կարող։ Հետ վերադառնալ ևս չի կարող, քանի որ նրան անհրաժեշտ է խնամք, իսկ նրա աղջիկը հրաժարվում է նրան խնամել՝ ասելով, որ նա երիտասարդ աղջիկ է և ցանկանում է վայելել իր կյանքը։
