Հայկ Ներսիսյանի կյանքը գլխիվայր շրջվեց 1988 թվականի երկրաշարժից հետո, որի պատճառով մինչ այսօր չի կարողանում կարգավորել իր ներկան և ապագան․․․ Իրենց տան դարպասներից այն կողմ մի ամբողջ պատմություն կա: Ներս մտնելով տեսնում ես Հայկի և Աղունիկի տնակները, որոնք Ներսիսյանների հայրը կառուցել է 1988 թվականի երկրաշարժից հետո: Վերջին տարիներին քույր ու եղբայր չեն կարողանում բացել տնակների առջև գտնվող ծորակը, որպեսզի հագեցնեն ծարավը, իսկ բնական կարիքները հոգալու համար սպասում են ձյան կամ անձրևի գալուն: Հայկն ու Աղունիկը Գյումրու իրենց  տնակներում ապրում են չոր ու ցամաք՝ առանց ջրի, իսկ հարևանությամբ ապրող մարդիկ փակել են իրենց տան դռները և հրաժարվում են նույնիսկ մեկ բաժակ ջուր տալ:
